Tax on Investments

Numerous types of investment carry a tax liability. These include:

  If you own shares in a company you are a part owner of the company, entitled to vote at annual meetings and benefit from the company’s profits. These are distributed in the form of a dividend.

Many people simply pay the tax and do not investigate how their investments can be structured to minimise any tax due and some cases avoid paying it altogether.
